Description
Short let from 17th of Dec-Feb 3rd. Can be flexible with dates. And area is good for finding long-term rooms (will explain).
£665pcm inc bills + some shared household essentials and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. Deposit is £200. For couples rent would be £969.
The room is a good size and as I have space outside my room, can give subletter a fair amount of space for their things.
This is a QTIPOC house. Subletters don't need to be QTIPOC but ofc that would be great. We are 9 people and we have 2 really lovely cats.
The house has a dryer and a bathtub, which will do you well in the winter. I can also leave you my radiator to use while you're there.
There's a living room, very large kitchen with a second living room area, 2 toilets, a shower and a bathtub. Theres a lot of shelf space for toiletries. We are all on different schedules so there's almost never a queue.
The warehouses are a community. People often find long term housing here via short lets and then getting to know people in the area, as rooms always pop up, and they prioritize people they know even for a bit.
It's easy to meet people. There are parties (we are more of a dinner party house, chill vibes), quilting clubs, and there's always someone have a smoke outside that's up for a chat.
The area has great transport links: Piccadilly line (13 min walk, Overground (9 min and 19 min walk), Victoria line (15 min walk), and with 5 bus lines 2-5 min walk from house (take you to stations in 2 stops and driver usually just lets you on).
