Location – on a quiet residential street in Tottenham, 8 minutes’ walk from Seven Sisters station (Underground and Overground connections). Can get from home to King’s Cross in just over 20 mins, Victoria in just under 30, Liverpool St or Waterloo in just over 30 (Victoria-line is the best line in London:)

Cost – rent is £735 (per month). Bills £180 per month. Deposit is £500. No agency involvement or fees to worry about.

Housemates – Hoping for friendly, easy-to-get-along-with housemates, so that our house-share remains a pleasant, sociable place to live :)
