A spacious room for a female in great location

I’m looking for a female lodger to stay in one of the furnished bedrooms in my two-bedroom duplex maisonette.
The room includes a wardrobe, ottoman bed with storage underneath, chest-drawer, mirror. A microwave, iron, bedding and some tableware are available if needed.

This is a female-preferred household. The room is warm, sunny, and spacious. Fortunately, the building is relatively new, and fairly blocking out some traffic and city noise when the windows are closed. Most importantly, it's well soundproofed between the floors.

About me:
I work part-time 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fr) not at home and study from home, generally I lead a busy lifestyle and often going out on Saturday or some evenings.
I’m friendly and deeply respectful of others’ space and privacy, I’m looking for someone who feels the same.
I speak three languages Russian, Polish and English, and live in London for a quite long time.

If you’re independent, easygoing and looking for a safe place in the great locations, I’d love to hear from you.

About the flat:
No shared living room, no shared kitchen, unless for short time for essential cooking and use of washing machine. Two toilets, both for sharing.
Unfortunately, no balcony or patio. There was a table with the benches in the communal yard, but it’s not in the best condition now.

Pets:
I have a few small animals. I hope that you would be comfortable with a ferret (who stays in the living room) and a hamster (kept in a cage in the kitchen). I would be okay with a small hypoallergenic dog or cat if you have one.

Great location:
5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
4-minute walk to a retail park (Lidl, TK Maxx, Next, etc.)
15 mins by train to Stratford, Liverpool Street, or Oxford Circus
40 mins to Stansted Airport
Close to Tottenham Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands, Lea river and parks
