Short term furnished 1 bedroom

Short term / furnished / grown- ups only / no couples/ no men (sorry nothing personal, but this is female only) / no party house

I am a self-employed therapist and coach travelling on and off looking to sublet the furnished master bedroom as a short term let (1-2 months maximum at a time). It is a cozy, quiet and clean bedroom which has a small ensuite (shower, toilet, basin). You will have access to the rest of flat as well (lounge and kitchen) and be on your own in the flat most of the time. I will be at home a few nights up to a couple of weeks a month and stay in the other small bedroom. It is a quiet building, with youngish neighbours, responsible, professional... and birds chirping in the morning !

Great location with excellent transport links, lots of options: Bus, Tube, Overground, Railway.
Tube Stations: Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, Turnpike Lane, Bruce Grove
Overground: Seven Sisters, Bruce Grove
Easy access to all airports, especially: London Heathrow and Stansted, but also Gatwick, Luton, City Airport.

*Several parks nearby, 5-10 minutes walking distance
*Nature, marshes , riverside and canals only 8-10 mins away by bus
*Food & restaurants: wide variety, affordable
* Shopping nearby: local grocery corner stores, Tesco superstores and other supermarkets, restaurants, retail park

Looking for:
- Female only
- Trustworthy, authentic, responsible, honest, respectful, quiet, serious, - Clean, good hygiene, attentive, nice, helpful,
- Good person, good record with rent payments
- Introverts preferred , or else respectful and calm extroverts :-)
- Professional or serious student
- No loud parties, no smoking, no anti-social behavior - that said: civilized dinners , daytime celebrations or movies at home with friends are OK, as long as respectful of neighbors and no material damage.
- Pets most likely not allowed ( might make an exception depending on the animal, to be discussed if animal is clean, not destructive, well looked after with enough walks and well trained. Basically, no loud noise, no material damage , 100% clean i. e. no animal hair etc)
- Council tax band : C (£ 123/ month) also included in the rent price.
- Rent £ includes utilities. However, you will have to pay the cost difference if bills are abnormally unusually high (water, electricity, gas)
