🌿 Spare room in creative warehouse available Aug 13 – dog-friendly, LGBTQ+ household 🌿

We’ve got a room coming free in our shared warehouse space — a chill, creative home with a bit of grit and a lot of heart.

🛏️ The Room:
• Available from August 13
• Can come furnished or unfurnished
• Part of a shared warehouse space (open plan vibes, big ceilings, communal energy)

💸 Bills: £150/month – includes:
• Cleaner every 2 weeks
• Household supplies (toilet paper, cleaning stuff, etc.)
• WIFI, Gas, Electricity, council tax & water
(750+150=900 £900 total/month)

🐶 About us:
• We’re both freelance creatives (some night shifts, so quiet mornings are gold)
• Chill but tidy, not passive-aggressive about dishes
• The house comes with Blanca, a sweet dog who loves cuddles but also minds her business

🌈 We’re ideally looking for someone who’s:
• Female-identifying and/or LGBTQ+
• 25+ years old
• Tidy and respectful of shared spaces
• Doesn’t work from home full-time
• Familiar with (or curious about) warehouse living
• Dog-friendly (non-negotiable — Blanca was here first 😉)

📍 The Area & Vibe:

We’re based on Fountayne Road — a creative warehouse hub full of artists, designers, and makers. It’s a tight-knit, friendly neighborhood where people actually say hi and sometimes lend you a drill.

🚇 Transport is a dream — we’re a 5-minute walk to both Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line + Overground), so getting into central or out to the countryside is easy.

🌳 Green space? Sorted. We’re 5 mins from Markfield Park and just beyond that, the Walthamstow Marshes — great for morning walks or decompressing after work.

🤝 It’s a community vibe here, not a party house. Chill dinners, shared projects, but also solo time is respected.

🏠 About the room:
• One of three in the house
• Has a window, though just a heads-up: it doesn’t open
• It’s one of the darker rooms, but actually stays cool in summer and cozy in winter — great for anyone who likes a calm, cave-y space to unwind or work
• Central heating, strong Wi-Fi, and a brand new kitchen that we’re a little too proud of
