Room in Friendly Seven Sisters House Share

We are looking for a new housemate to join five of us in our house in Seven Sisters/ South Tottenham! Rent is £820 pcm and bills come to ~£130 (might fluctuate during the year depending on usage). Council tax band F. The move in date is 6th September.

We live in a lovely house, a 7 min walk from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and 2 minute walk from South Tottenham station (Suffragette line). There's a big Tesco and Lidl a 10-15 min walk away and we're close to Markfield Park and the canal. It's a 3 story victorian house, with a big kitchen, garden, living room, dining room (where we WFH together some days of the week), 2 toilets and 2 showers.

The room is a spacious double on the first floor with a big window looking out onto our garden and comes with a double bed and a set of drawers.

As a house we all really get on and love spending time together, but also have our own friends/lives outside the house. The house will be Chloe (28 - F), Declan (29 - M), James & Charlotte (26 - a couple sharing one room - M & F), Joe (30 - M). We all hybrid work in different sectors. We’re a mix of backgrounds, Chloe, James & Charlotte are from the UK, Declan from New Zealand and Joe from Australia.

We are ideally looking for a fun and kind housemate in their mid to late 20s/ early 30s to move in. We'd ideally like a woman/nb person to keep the balance.
