We have a large mezanine room coming up in our creative warehouse in Tottenham Hale/Seven Sisters.
Rent is £870 per month with a deposit of one month's rent needed to secure the room. Move in date is November 1st
THE ROOM - is large, bright mezanine which comes unfurnished. There is additional shared storage space outside of the room. The warehouse also features a large shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, performers, and freelancers requiring productive as well as living space. Rent includes all utility bills and internet and house kitty is around £15 per month.
THE HOUSE - We are all in our mid 20s to early 40s, musicians, designers, artists, journalists, photojournalists, film-makers, prop designers, We certainly like party but are not a ‘party house’ and we like to keep things clean, tidy, orderldly. We have a kitchen rota which means it’s deep cleaned every day and a cleaner once a week. We often host drinks, dinner and movie nights and are interested in someone who likes being social and we arrange a house meal once a month.
We are 10 studios in total, a large shared workspace, an equally large kitchen with granite worktops, 5 ring range cooker, plenty of fridge space, bathroom and shower room, laundry room, separate toilet, bike hooks and further storage. Smoking ok but not in communal areas.
THE LOCATION - Situated in the Fountayne Road area, it is great for joining a warehouse community with like minded individuals. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale are 5 mins walk where you're 15 minutes from Kings Cross on the Victoria line, 20 minutes to Liverpool Street by train, buses to everywhere and 5 minutes walk to the canal if boats or nature are your thing. We are looking for someone who will really make use of the space and wants to be part of our homely homunity. We are not a transient warehouse, with some of our residents living here for over 8 years and are looking for someone who is seeking a long term home.
