Mezzanine room in a domestic warehouse unit

The mezzanine room is spacious with 2 big internal windows. Large open plan communal space which has a kitchen, living room and bathroom with a bath/shower. There’s 6 rooms in total in the unit. We also have access to the roof which has an old WW2 artillery bunker and we spend lots of time in the summer up there with our inflatable pool and bbq etc. We also have a communal mezzanine space for excess storage, and workshop space if needed:)

We’re currently only looking for a female to have a nice balance in the unit. The age range in the unit is 25-40 atm. Pets are welcome, we already have 2 cats and 1 dog. The rent is £750 includes bills and council tax etc, to secure the room first and last months rent needs to paid upfront.

We’re really hoping to find someone who can fit into the lovely family vibe we have going on in the unit, we’re into doing meals together and hanging out with eachother, listening to music and doing creative tasks etc. This is not a party house, we have a noise curfew during the week days to respect every member of our home but equally have our fun on the weekends. We’re looking for a professional respectful person who wants to find their long term home and become a part of our family unit:)
