Sublet in Manor House/Seven Sisters!

We’re a house of creative queers based in Manor House/Seven Sisters/Stamford Hill (we have four different stations in walking distance!).
- Two rooms available: one is bigger (£800/month plus bills) with a big window and lots of light, huge wardrobe. The smaller one is £700/month plus bills, with a chest of drawers and window backing on to the garden, so you can see the trees!
- Will also consider couples for £900-1000/month
- Bills normally 100-150/month depending on how cold it’s been that month!
- Room is available until 26th April, when the whole house is being refurbished so we’ll all need to move out
- Beautiful garden overflowing with greenery, with a BBQ and a hot tub
- We've also got a little music studio upstairs where you can make music, DJ and also doubles as a little study for WFH
- We live with a gorgeous black cat! 🐈‍⬛
- LOTS of basement storage space for overflow
- We are a creative queer household, and looking for someone who's a queer ally, poc ally, friendly to all alternative lifestyles 🙏🏽
- Although we all love to party (and some of us run parties too...!), the household itself isn't a party household, but welcome friends and loved ones to come and stay/visit as long as the house is aware of who's around
- More about us - we're both creatives in our 30s and 40s who all wear multiple hats - a mix of DJing, carpentry, designing, music, dance, therapy and much more!
- We both omnivores: so anyone looking for a meat-free house, this is not it! But have lived with lots of vegans & vegetarians before, and love to do a big cook together from time to time
- We're busy people, often out of the house - but when we're in the house together to eat and chat; plus as we all run/work on various events, group outings (with guest list tix) are also possibilities!
