Sublet in Manor House/Seven Sisters!

We’re a house of creative queers based in Manor House/Seven Sisters/Stamford Hill (we have four different stations in walking distance!).
- The room is a double room with bed and a giant wardrobe, based at the front of the house with lots of light
- £800/month plus bills (though will also consider couples for £1000/month). Bills normally 100-150/month depending on how cold it’s been that month!
- Room is available until beginning of April, when the whole house is being refurbished so we’ll all need to move out
- Beautiful garden overflowing with greenery, with a BBQ and a hot tub
- We live with a gorgeous black cat! 🐈‍⬛
- LOTS of basement storage space for overflow
- We are a creative queer household, and looking for someone who's a queer ally, poc ally, friendly to all alternative lifestyles 🙏🏽
- Although we all love to party (and some of us run parties too...!), the household itself isn't a party household, but welcome friends and loved ones to come and stay/visit as long as the house is aware of who's around
- More about us - we're creatives in our 20s, 30s, 40s who all wear multiple hats, so in the house you can expect poets, creators, musicians, dancers and more!
- We have two omnivores, one vegetarian: so anyone looking for a meat-free house, this is not it!
- We're busy people, often out of the house - but when we're in the house together to eat and chat; plus as we all run/work on various events, group outings (with guest list tix) are also possibilities!
