Hello! Looking for someone to take my room from 25th Dec 2025- 3rd Jan 2026 - 40-60£ per night, depending on your length of stay.

We're in N15, just on Green Lanes in North London. Its a 12 mins walk to turnpike station (picadilly line) and 15 mins walk to suffragete Overground.

The house is usually shared by me and 2 other flatmates but during the time of this sublet, you will share the house with only one of them + Olive, our sweet and chill cat.

Our home is fully furnished, with 2 other bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a separate small bathroom, and lots of storage space. There’s a bright conservatory that we often use as a workspace, and a beautiful garden. The room you will get is a double room,
