Short term sublet

Hi, we are a group of four friends ( of whom 1 couple and one "part-time' resident moving out from end of December) looking for someone to sublet a spare room in our 4 bedroom house. The room faces the garden and has a double bed, wardrobe and extra fitted storage space. There is plenty storage in the house, living room with projector, good size kitchen diner, washing machine, dryer, 2 bathrooms. We are chilled and mostly busy with work during the week, but like to spend sometime together during the evening and weekend if possible.
