We’re two good mates in our early 30s (an illustrator/artist and a casting director) looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Harringay. We’re ideally looking for someone LGBTQ, aged 26–40, who’s sociable and friendly but can also enjoy their own space from time to time. But ultimately we'd love someone we could see ourselves forming a friendship with so would love to meet for a drink prior to any decisions to see if we vibe!

You’d be living with two creatives who work from home but there’s plenty of space for 3 work-from-homers!

10-minute walks to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line), Harringay Green Lanes Overground and Harringay rail station or I regularly cycle to Finsbury Park in 9 minutes.
2-minute walk to a new Anytime Fitness gym and Tesco Express

Ideally looking for one person, but we may consider a queer couple (rent would be higher for two)
Someone respectful and equal measures fun and relaxed!

No cats and any dogs would have to be hypoallergenic!

Bills come to around £130 on top of rent (inc. council tax)

The deposit to be paid directly to the tenant moving out is £1453 not £1400 but I couldn’t input this in spare room as can’t be more than 5 weeks rent and the room price is now lower.

Minimum terms would be 4 months but ideally those looking for longer, we absolutely LOVE this flat and intend to stay!
