• Most housemates usually travel home during holidays, so the house gets very quiet

• Extremely convenient for transport, daily life, and green spaces
• I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been incredibly convenient
• Station: Tottenham Hale (National Rail + Victoria line)
• 20 mins by train to Stratford or Liverpool Street
• 10 mins & 15 mins by tube to King’s Cross and Oxford Circus (I timed these!)
• 8–10 mins walk to the station
• On the way you’ll pass a retail park with Lidl / Pret / Boots / Asda / TK Maxx, etc.
