Double Room in large 3 bed House - N15

✨Myself and Alice are looking for a third housemate to takeover a room in our lovely 3 bed house in Seven Sisters! Our third house mate is moving out at the end of Feb✨

🛌 - The room is £1000 pcm, it’ll come with a double bed and mattress but when we moved in over a year ago it was completely unfurnished so there’s an opportunity for you to make the room your own. (We found it super easy to purchase furniture off of Facebook market place and there’s also a second hand furniture shop less than 5 min walk away!)

💸 - Bills come to approx £130 pcm including council tax, WiFi, sky TV with Netflix, gas and electric!

🏡 - The house has a living room, dining room, huge kitchen (with a dishwasher!) a garden and a drive way as well as an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. It’s less than 10 minute walk away from Tottenham Hale retail park, has a huge Tesco’s right opposite and is a stones throw away from the Victoria line which is super handy!

🪩 - You’d be living with myself and Alice. Both Paediatric nurses aged 28 and 29. We’ve both lived here since October 2024 and have just signed for another year. We’re keen to find another shift worker to fill the room, bonus points if you’re a healthcare worker! We’ve managed to create a super cosy chill home vibe but we are also partial to summer garden party or two and have found that this house is the perfect house for hosting!🥂💃🏼
