Room in creative warehouse

HI THERE POTENTIAL NEW ROOMIE

We have a single occupancy room available in our North London warehouse.

Rent is £750 bills inc. + one months rent needed to secure the room. Move in date is 20th Feb. We chip in an additional £15PM for house kitty which includes cleaning products, toilet paper etc.

Room is bright and airy with huge openable windows and comes unfurnished. In addition, we have shared storage spaces outside of the room in the communal hallway.

The warehouse features a large shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, bakers, dancers and shakers. This space is also used as a social space, for film nights, jam nights, music rehearsals and so on and so forth.

We have a large kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for hosting house dinners, friends and family dinners or drinks or games nights.

We are 11 people in total, all mid 20’s – late 30’s, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, lighting and sound designers, carpenters, bakers. We certainly like a party, but we are not a ‘party house’; we have some great systems in place to keep things clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who wants the same from their space.

We have a new kitten, so with this in mind, we cannot accept any other pets.

We are in the Fountayne road area, so you're not just joining our house, you’re joining our wonderful wider community of creatives. We are also 5 mins from the Viccy line!
