Available now, this is a large double room that comes fully furnished with a double bed, a double wardrobe, Chester draws, a nice desk and a beautiful view over the garden

Ideally looking for someone to move in from March, however we are flexible. It is available from Feb, we can discuss further upon expressed interest.

We’ve been slowly curating a homely vibe with applicants. This is our last room available but, there still remains a chance to help shape the vibe of the house.

We’re a household of friendly working professionals.

I’m an Aussie chef, my partner (British with Turkish descent) works in hospitality also, and his brother (also British with Turkish descent) is a TfL bus driver. Our other house mate is a teachers assistant.

We’re laid-back and fairly private people, but we also love sharing a good laugh over dinner when our schedules line up. The home is clean, warm, and easy-going — a calm space with occasional moments of fun.

We are a strictly no-smoking household indoors.

One housemate smokes occasionally, but only outside.

We’re in a fantastic spot with everything close by:

10–15 min walk to Seven Sisters or Turnpike Lane stations
5 min bus ride if you prefer
