We are looking for a new person to join four of us. The house is beautiful and peaceful with a garden and located in Harringay. The room is warm and bright as it is south facing so gets lots of sunshine throughout the day and has a view to the garden.
The moving date is flexible from now on for a minimum 1 year stay starting 15th April 2026 but preferably longer!
The room rent is: 500 pounds (paid every 15th of the month) + bills
Deposit: 582 pounds
The house is just off Harringay Green Lanes street with easy access to Turnpike Lane/Manor House Stations and Harringay/Hornsey train station (N15). Loads of restaurants and nice shops around
Looking for a long term housemate who sees the house as their home :)
The landlord requires:
Payslips from the past 3 months
Proof of identity.
