Veggie/Vegan double room available - zone 3

Hi! My name is Pavan and I'm looking for someone to take over a double room in a 2 bed flat, as my current flatmate is sadly moving out :(
The room is large - easily fits a double bed, desk, large wardrobe and still feels spacious. The room would be unfurnished apart from the wardrobe. There is a shared living room/kitchen that comfortably fits two, a shared bathroom and we have a lovely private patio and covered porch.
There is also on street parking as long as you pay for a permit with the council.

Rent is £900 for the larger room and roughly £250 for bills inc. council tax.

I currently WFH full time, so ideally looking for someone who is hybrid/office based, but thats not a dealbreaker!

I am fully vegan and would much prefer to live with someone who is fully veggie or vegan if possible :)
