Large Sunny Double Room

Large house with shared living room and garden.
The room is spacious and very bright - I added privacy screens to the windows that I’ll leave behind.
Room comes with a bed, wardrobe and armchair. I’ll be taking some of the rest of the furniture. But happy to sell the desk, shelf & linen chest.

This is a queer/trans household and you’d be sharing with 2 women and 2 men.

We often enjoy watching TV together in the evening. There’s a homely vibe going on so it’s perfect if you’re after a home and not just a place to crash.

Bills are about £100/month.

The house is located in a quiet residential street, fairly safe, with a lovely park nearby, and a really nice cafe (Perkyn’s) not far from it too.
