you'll be living with 2 others - 29/30 years old - Archie is a musician and works in hospitality, Marie is a photographer. They're both super respectful and friendly and often do social activities together.

Need someone who can sign on to a tenancy agreement with the private landlord. No dogs or couples please.

Rent is £850 + bills - including council tax it comes to £916 + internet and utilities, approx £100 a month.

The room comes unfurnished, but there are 2 built in wardrobes in the room, and the living room/kitchen etc is all furnished already. You just need a bed.
