I’m looking for the right person to share a lovely two-bedroom flat in Stamford Hill and create a relaxed, welcoming home together.

The flat has just undergone a full refresh, including a brand-new kitchen and freshly painted rooms throughout, and I’m currently in the process of moving my belongings back in. It’s a lovely time to join the flat as everything feels bright, fresh and newly updated.

Located in a quiet residential area, the flat is filled with natural light and offers a peaceful retreat while still being brilliantly connected. Stamford Hill Station is just a 5-minute walk away, Seven Sisters around 12 minutes on foot, and Stoke Newington only 20 minutes away.

The living room has plenty of character, with vinyl, plants, books and a wonderfully relaxing rocking chair that all help create a mellow, creative and homely atmosphere. It’s very much a space to unwind, listen to music, read, share a meal or simply relax at the end of the day.

A little about me

I’m a photographer originally from Cambridge and have lived in London for the past 20 years. I love the arts, film, theatre, museums, books, good food and exploring everything London has to offer.

I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys living in a clean, tidy and relaxed home. This isn’t a party house, but a place to unwind, cook, share the occasional glass of wine and enjoy good conversation. Equally, I completely respect personal space and privacy, and appreciate having a balance between being sociable and doing your own thing.

For me, the most important thing is creating a home that feels comfortable, easy-going and welcoming, where both people feel happy living.
