A master room available in a lovely modern flat, just a 7-minute walk from Seven Sisters station with direct access to the Victoria line, Overground and buses. Ideally Mon-Fri let, but full time considered.
The Room
It's a generous-sized master room, south facing, with its own en suite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony, great for morning coffee or viewing the amazing sunsets. The room is unfurnished so you can completely make it your own.
The Flat
You'd be sharing the kitchen, living room, and dining area, which are all fully kitted out and well maintained. The flat has been my home for 5 years and is very well looked after and has a homely feel.
Your Flatmate
I am a working professional who works from home 60% of the week. I'm a big foodie and spend weekends on long cooking sessions in the kitchen, which means I tend not to cook much on weekdays. When I'm not working or cooking, I enjoy nature walks around Downhills Park and Lordship Recreational Ground, or heading out for brunch at Dobar or Forks and Greens. I keep the place tidy and I'd love to find another woman to share with who has a similar vibe.
The Area
The area is well connected, with great transport links making commuting to anywhere in London very easy. Seven Sisters Market and multiple supermarkets are close by, as well as a variety of shops. If you're not much of a cook, the area has a great mix of restaurants, takeaways and Deliveroo options. Downhills Park and Lordship Recreational Ground are both within easy reach if you like getting outside. There are a variety of options for keeping fit with a couple of large commercial gyms around, as well as a Pilates studio and boutique gym within walking distance.
Pets
Pets are welcome in principle — just bear in mind that permission from the landlord will be needed and an additional fee may apply.

Proof of employment in the form of the latest 3 months payslip and 3 months bank statements matching the 3 months’ payslips, if you have started a new job please supply a copy of your employment contract
Proof of studies (if applicable) A university offer letter which states your course, the start date and end date/duration
Proof of funds evidencing the final move in balance dated within the last 2 weeks in the form of your most recent savings or bank statement.
You will also be asked to provide authorisation on Open Banking for the reference agency to carry out credit checks
