Summer Sublet in Costa Del Tottenham

HI THERE, POTENTIAL NEW ROOMIE 👋

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our North London warehouse from around 25th July until 8th September (I can be slightly flexible on dates either side of this so feel free to just ask).

Rent for the full sublet period is £1,263 (all bills included). My room rent is £835 per month for full transparency. A £500 deposit is required to secure the room and will be returned when you move out, provided everything is left in good condition.

We also chip in an additional £15 per month for shared house supplies, including cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. but other than this, no additional costs to be paid.

The room is bright and airy with huge openable windows, and comes fully furnished with a king size bed and I’ll be sure to clear a full clothes rail for your clothes too.

The warehouse features a large shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, bakers, dancers and shakers. This space is also used as a social hub for film nights, jam sessions, music rehearsals and all sorts of get-togethers.

We have a large kitchen with a big dining table that’s perfect for house dinners, hosting friends and family, or games nights.

There are 10 people living here in total, all in their late 20s to late 30s, including musicians, filmmakers, photographers, lighting and sound designers, carpenters and bakers.

We definitely enjoy socialising, but we’re not a party house. We have great systems in place to keep the space clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who’ll appreciate and contribute to that.

We also have a gorgeous cat called Sunday Man so unfortunately any other pets wouldn’t be allowed.

We’re based in the Fountayne Road area, so you’re not just joining our house, you’re joining a wonderful wider community of creatives. We’re also just 5 minutes from the Victoria line (Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters), making commuting super easy.
