​We handle the chores! A weekly cleaner is included for all common areas, ensuring a pristine environment. With everything provided, you can focus on living your life.

​A £600 deposit is required.
​To ensure a harmonious home, please note our house rules:
​We can only accept applicants who have normal, daytime working hours. We value our quiet nights, so we cannot accommodate night-shift workers (e. g., chefs, waiters, nurses, etc.).
​Non-smokers only.
​We are looking for someone who makes minimal use of the kitchen, preferring light meals or eating out.
​Ideally not working from home full-time.
​As the house is fully furnished, we cannot accommodate applicants who need to bring their own large household furniture or items.
