It includes usage of the facilities of the house, namely bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, 2nd shower room and WC, lovely landscaped garden, and living room. Well-equipped kitchen with all gadgets.
Weekly cleaner included for common parts. Everything in the house is taken care of so you can get on with your life.
We are conveniently located with a very short hop on the bus to Seven Sisters station, also walk able in 10 minutes.
next door is beautiful prize winning Downhills Park cum Lordship Rec with free tennis courts, table tennis and lovely cafes,. We also have a fantastic swimming pool and library down the road. All shops are on the street.
The environment in the house is calm and relaxed.
Price for this quality is unbeatable at £600 a month all inclusive with a £600 deposit.
We are looking for a clean, quiet and easy going person with a job with normal hours (no waiters, chefs or other evening and night workers), non smoker, preferably not working from home.
As everything is provided in the house, we cannot accommodate someone with their own household items.
Important note: no night shift workers like waiters, chefs, nurses etc, as we like our sleep!
