Large Bedroom - Huge House

Hi, we are looking for a new housemate for our huge warehouse conversion in Manor House N15. August 17th is the move date, there is a little flexibility on move date after the 17th but not before.

We have a cosy room, single occupancy only, unfurnished, a blank canvas you really can make your own, none of the usual restrictions on painting and hanging pictures etc. with other lets. £795 per month incl all bills/ctax. We have a kitty £25 which pays for a cleaner and cleaning products, house bits & bobs and very good internet.
(I will have pictures of the room to add here later today, or get in touch and will send those over asap, but it is large enough to split into a bedroom area and lounge area).

The warehouse is really big, skylit huge living area, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. Gated and secure. It's a chilled and sociable place but not a full on party house. A total of 8 professionals occupy the property in 8 rooms, plus Pasha the cat, this may seem like a lot but it never feels crowded or intrusive, it can be private too, it really is a big place! We are all friendly with the usual social activities etc. We all do our thing, but we have a projector and projector wall for film nights, a bbq etc. for house get togethers. We are looking for someone who will fit and be a housemate rather than just someone looking for a room.
Manor House has great transport links to all points north, east, central, west and south. We are near Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington and Crouch End. There is wildlife wetlands reserve and leisure reservoir on our doorstep, plus a climbing wall in a castle!. Close to areas with nice bars and restaurants.
