Sharing with a model booker and actor. We both have very busy lives, but enjoy the occasional shared dinner/glass of wine. The house is our home and it’s quite important for us that we all care about the place and more than just “get alongâ€Â. Looking for someone to join the community to share the fun but also a person willing to chip in if things need sorting out.
Our house would probably best suit a busy professional like us who is looking for a peaceful sanctuary to chill out in times off.
The room is the largest bedroom of the three bedrooms in the warehouse. This space is a work/living area and the room can therefore be made into a studio as well.
This room is ideal for a couple or a single professional looking for plenty of space. The room has a large outwards facing window as well as smaller internal windows and a skylight, meaning plenty of natural light!
The Nearest tube stations are Seven Sisters and Totthenham Hale on the Victoria Line (both 6 mins walk).
Stansted express in Tottenham Hale station. Overground to Liverpool street, London Fields and Stratford (10 mins). Plenty of buses from Seven Sisters to Stoke Newington etc.
We are a short walk from Tottenham Hale industrial estate, so shops such as Boots, Argos, TKMAXX and LIDL are just round the corner, and we are close to the beautiful Markfield park and it's canal walk, so escaping the city stress is easy'
