Spacious room in restored Victorian house

Sunny South facing double room to let. Short or long term.
We are 8 minutes from Turnpike Lane tube and bus terminal.
The area is lively with an assortment of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The room is let to a single person M/F but sadly no couples.
There are three bedrooms and I’m looking for a second person who is tidy, intelligent and easy going. There are also 2 resident cats who thinks they owns the place.
The usual amenities, CH, internet, we’ll equipped clean kitchen, 2 toilets, one bath one shower , WM and beautiful garden.
