Hi, we are looking for someone to share our cosy, quiet and clean flat.
You will be living with two female flatmates (Brazilian and English), having a nice balance between being social and giving each other space.

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys living in a very clean and quiet environment and considers home a place where we rest and relax.

It is very important that keeping the place clean and tidy is understood as everyone's responsibility. We all share cleaning duties in a fair way through a cleaning schedule list (i. e., every month and a half for each person to clean the communal areas) and cleaning as you go to-do list to keep communal areas comfortable for everyone’s use. It’s important to us that the new flatmate can commit to this.
Cleaning product costs are also shared equally.

The room is a good size double (3.35m/2.85m) with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and inbuilt wardrobe.

Smoking: not allowed inside, but there is a balcony right at the front door of the flat (1st floor).
