Large double room in beautifully presented ground floor garden flat. Stoke Newington area.

While I have requested Mon-Fri, I would be open and flexible to full time rent. Large, bright and airy double room with high ceilings and original features. The room is at the front of the flat and has two large sash windows. It comes fully furnished with a new bed and mattress, a clothes rail and chest of drawers , reclaimed wooden shelves. A desk and a chair also. The flat has wooden floors throughout and is also fully furnished. There is a lovely garden which is a real sun trap so the flat is always bright.

This would suit someone who likes to live in a peaceful, mature, clean environment. As i work from home most days, the communal parts of the flat are always clean and peaceful. In the week it is a wonderful space to recoup and prepare for a busy work schedule. Looking for someone who is happy to share friendly conversation about their day but also is happy to do her own thing. Appreciate we all need our solitude as well as social moments;)

Great transport links:

At the top of the road is Stamford Hill overland station which takes you to Liverpool Street in 15mins. Take one of several buses (149, 67, 76, 73) from Stamford Hill Broadway and you can get to Stoke Newington Church Street within 10 minutes. Church Street has lots of lively bars, restaurants, organic shops and cool boutiques. On a Saturday (usually in the warmer months!) there is a vibrant farmers market. Continue up the road and you’ll hit buzzy Dalston and Shoreditch High Street and further on Old Street.
Manor House tube Station (zone 2) is a 10 min walk from the flat and Finsbury Park is 15mins. So getting to Upper Street and further into central London takes about 15mins on the Piccadilly or Victoria line.
