Amazing 3-bed flat in Hackney

Hello!

We are George and Geoffrey, and we are looking for someone to move in with us in our lovely 3-bed flat in Hackney (close to Rectory Road station, between Stoke Newington and Dalston).

The flat is arranged over two floors and is perfect for three people. It has wooden floors throughout, there is a big dining/living room with access to the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room and a bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and we are looking for someone to take the 3rd double bedroom.

The room/flat is unfurnished, but we have brought with us a few pieces of furniture and will be getting more in the next coming days.

About us: George is originally from Cyprus and works in advertising in the West End, and I am French and work in the City. We are sociable, tidy and respectful people and are looking for the same, and want to make this flat "a proper home".
