Cosy double room in Stoke Newington

Hi we're looking for a new housemate for our lovely home which is conveniently situated on a nice quiet street close to both Stoke Newington Church Street and the High Street.

About the house: the house is in generally good order, a decent sized kitchen with all the usual stuff, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc, 2 bathrooms.

We have a good sized garden with an apple tree and pear tree for the eager pie/cider makers and gardeners out there. There's a lounge which is shared.

The room: decent size double, it comes either unfurnished or furnished with a bed and chest of drawers. this room is £710 per month, we are flexible with the move in day and the room will be available now.

The room /house is nicer than our badly taken photos… it’s a home, rather than just a shared space, though worn in, the landlord generally does what he needs to do.

About us: An international household (English and Estonians) with two girls and a guy aged between 30 and 32, an occupation therapist, project manager and art registrar.

We're all pretty sociable creatures, enjoy a quiet drink in the week, occasionally sharing dinner, watching a movie, etc, but also have our own lives. Our interests include music, going to gigs, travel, horse riding, cooking, pottery etc, all the usual stuff, (although the neighbours don’t quite share our enthusiasm for music) so on the whole keep things quietish around the house, especially during the week as we're all working.

You: working or mature student with funding in place, someone who’s relaxed into the usual creative, cultural stuff, the arts, open minded, blah, blah. Someone who’s clean and tidy, (we have a cleaner but we'd still expect you to keep things generally tidy), isn’t a maniac / highly strung, doesn't bring the party home (but isn't a party pooper).

We need someone who is able to pay the rent and bills on time (i. e either working or have their funding for studies in place). The bills are about £70-80 month each.
