Sublets/short stays in Dalston/Stoke Newington

Hey everyone! I'm renting out the spare room in my flat to anyone who needs a short-term room. It's right in the middle of Hackney, Stoke Newington and Dalston. This might suit people just passing through town (once or regularly), anyone who needs a temporary home or somewhere to stay near a temporary job.

The room has its own door to the private garden (although most people just use the main back door), is very warm and very quiet. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom and garden with me.

Smoking is fine in the garden (there's a covered area if it's raining).

Deposit will be the same amount as the rent for the period you want to stay, £200 minimum, one month's rent maximum, all payable in advance. Deposit sent back to you on the day you leave.

It's an LGBTQIA+ friendly, vegan-friendly home, and I'm fine with most alternative and non-traditional lifestyles to be honest. I do have many wonderful friends of all genders in the queer community who pop around from time to time. If you are inclusive and open to all types of people, you'll be very welcome to stay.

Feel free to use any kitchen utensils while you're staying. You can eat whatever you like as long as you can clean the oven and cookware properly. I don't cook meat, just have eggs and veg, but you do you.

The flat is not suitable for pets or children.

You'd be sharing with just me. I'm a freelancer who works from home and at various locations, no particular routine. I'll make sure to work around any routine or work structure you have, like if you need the bathroom to get ready for work at specific times, etc.

I'm usually very busy working in my home office, but I do love a chat, cooking for friends occasionally, watching films and generally enjoying everything that London has to offer. Even if I'm busy, I'll be available if you need help with anything.
