Hey there! I’m looking to fill the second room in my 2 bed 2 bath flat for a short term sublet from late October until end of Feb 2025 (approx 4 months).

Bright double room with clothing rail, comfy double bed, small chest of drawers, and doors opening up onto east facing garden. It’s a two bathroom flat so you have your own bathroom.

Open plan kitchen / living room with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas stove, big comfy couch, and lots of lovely light.

- 7min walk to Stoke Newington overground which gets you to Liverpool St in 15min and Seven Sisters and Victoria Line in 4 minutes
- 5min walk to lots of busses
- 10min walk to Stoke Newington Church St
- Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood

Rent is £700/mo and bills total around £200 give or take.

I’m 38, work in marketing (from home M-F), from San Francisco but have been in the UK for about 9yr. I’m out and about many weeknight evenings and most weekends. I love a clean and peaceful home, and looking to share it with someone who’s open, friendly, and sociable, happy to hang with some wine and Netflix from time to time but also has their own thing going on.
