Sunny double in gorgeous Victorian terrace N16

Hey, I am moving out of my beautiful wee room in Stoke Newington N16 so my flatties are looking for someone to move in from 1 March 2025.

Rent is £848.50 per month + bills.

The room is south-facing with light all day. It's petite but perfectly formed with v comfy double bed, desk and clothes rail. (Sadly Marcel the cat is not included as she is moving with me!)

The house is pretty big for 3 of us - with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and sun-trap garden. There's one bathroom (including a bath).

The local area is Stoke Newington and we're 2 minutes walk from cafes, pubs, restaurants and 10 mins from Clissold Park.

You'll be moving in with Shiara, a fellow Australian who works in film production. We love a hang out / shared dinner but also respect each other's privacy. We'd love to have someone who is friendly, tidy and up for a chat / terrible TB session.

The room comes unfurnished (apart from the desk, mirror, clothes rail and shelves) but happy to discuss if you'd like buy any of the the bed frame mattress and dresser too.
