Double Room in Warehouse by the River Lea

Two double rooms available in a Stamford Hill/Seven Sisters warehouse, sharing with myself. I am a recent politics graduate, working freelance from home at the moment, but I also travel a lot - basically, I'm either at home most of the time or I disappear for a couple of weeks. I am sociable, but highly value personal space and keeping the shared areas tidy and clean.

Unfortunately, I'm very allergic to cats and most dogs so no pets :(

This is in a small warehouse divided into 8 units (25-30 people). There is a communal backyard and garden, which is used as a social space and workshop. A gate from this goes directly onto the River Lea towpath and Hackney Marshes are 5 minutes away. There are also parks and cafes close by so there's great access to nature, open spaces and coffee. It is on a secure industrial estate and the wider area is safe and quiet in the main.

The nearest tube is Seven Sisters on Victoria Line (a 15-minute walk), plus there are buses to the tube and to Dalston/Stoke Newington/East from Stamford Hill. Stamford Hill, South Tottenham and Clapton overground stations are also within walking distance. There's a big Sainsburys nearby.

The rooms come fully furnished, include all bills, household stuff like toilet roll, council tax (Band D) and a cleaner every couple of weeks

There is a shared desk area on the mezzanine and space for extra storage.
Room One has a King Sized bed
Room Two has a Small Double bed

Access is two steps at the front door or several steps at the back gate.
Internally there is a flight of 14 stairs up to Room 2 and the mezzanine.

I am looking for someone who is considerate and practiced with shared living.
