The house is brilliantly located in a private mews with electric gate just off Kingsland Road. The room on offer is an unfurnished double ensuite.
We have a large living room with a sofa and dining table, which leads onto a south-facing garden that gets sunlight all day - so perfect for hosting friends and having BBQs. There is also a smaller front room off the kitchen.
You’ll be living with Declan (35, originally from Liverpool) & Jake (38, originally from Auckland). We keep a fairly quiet and clean home, but enjoy hanging out in the evenings, and the occasional night out/gig together.
There is a bus stop on the other side of the road that will take you into Shoreditch. Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground stations are about 10mins walk away.
We are looking for an easy going person who’s willing to chip in with communal chores.
Bills are roughly £150-200 extra per month.
