Description
Hello! I have a large double room available to let to a single person from 23rd May (possibly before).
Rent is £900pcm, (bills are approx. £150pcm, it's council tax Band C) - I am open to reducing the rent if you wanted to do Mon-Fri, or a part time let.
About the property: 2-bed, ground floor flat in a classic London Victorian conversion, super safe area, quiet street, small garden (not shared!), bathroom with window AND bath tub, kitchen/living area, gas central heating, excellent water pressure, fast broadband, good transport links (Stoke Newington overground is 5mins walk).
About the room: it's a good-sized double, part-furnished with double bed, mattress (18-months old), chest of drawers, wall-mounted shelves, separate shelving/hanging unit. (pics and video are from when my previous flatmate lived here - but shows the room's potential)
About me: I am a media relations professional who mainly works from home. I run, I'm obsessed with barre, I practise yoga, love a bit of nature, cold water swimming, and also enjoy getting messy on occasions (Houghton is my vibe - I'm a semi-retired raver). I am mainly vegetarian.
I value a clean and tidy living space, and would like to live with someone who's friendly and sociable (definitely more of an extrovert) - someone who'll invite people over, or would be happy to pull up chair if I have friends here for dinner.
I have a more-the-merrier mindset and like the house to feel warm, friendly and full of laughter. I also know the importance of ensuring we both have space and alone time in the flat.
Please tell me a little about yourself:
age
gender
hobbies
profession (do you work from home?)
are you a lark or a night owl?
N. B. I don't mind if you're not a vegetarian.
