STUDENT STUDIO ENSUITE ASAP - SEPT £277 PER WEEK

I am urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my room in a student accommodation in Newington Green, London.

The room comes with a double bed, a closet, desk, and en-suite toilet on the third floor of the building. City University, UCL, KCL, LSE, London Met are all very accessible. You'd share the kitchen and the living room with five other students. The accommodation has a spacious outdoor garden and a common room with a pool table.

The rooms cost £277 a week included bills (much cheaper than listed on the website), and they are a steal at this price. I have already moved out of the room so it is available to move in already. The contract ends in September 2024. Please PM me if you are interested!
