Single room , available in large Victorian property , with elderly lady. Shared use of kitchen & bathroom. Residential Location, with excellent links into London.

Non smoker, and cleanliness imperative, and speak good level of English.

Ideally suit a London University student, (studying at UCL/London city universities would be ideal ) on multiple year course would be great .

An 10/11 month contract would be agreeable.
Room available from mid September onwards.

All Bills included, including BB, but not meals .
