Double Room for Rent Stoke Newington - 3 Month let

1 double bedroom available in a 3 bed house in Stoke Newington. Rent is £280 p/w including bills, available from 1st August for 2-3 months. Dates can be relatively flexible.
Fully furnished room but can remove furniture on request.

Rest of the house:
Ground floor has a big kitchen diner, with a good amount of storage space, shared fridge/freezer, gas hob & dishwasher. There is a small garden accessed from the kitchen diner that has a table & chairs and bike storage. There is also a downstairs toilet & a separate utility closet with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor is a spacious living room with a big TV & one of the other bedrooms.
On the second floor are two bedrooms , the bigger one being what is available for rent.
There is also a full bathroom with toilet & shower, freshly retiled. All the amenities are modern and working well.

One important thing to know is we do have a cat so if you’re allergic this is probably not the house for you!

We also share the cost of a cleaner, thats the only thing not included in the monthly rent.

The area:
We are a 6 minute walk from Stoke Newington Overground and a 5 min walk from Rectory Road. Clissold park is a 10 min walk away and Finsbury park station is a 12 minute bus away. Lots of local shops included an Iceland and a Sainsburys.

What we're looking for:
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and are open to all genders, ideally aged between 24-35 . No couples. Preferably someone on a 9 - 5 schedule but can be flexible. Someone who is generally tidy and clean. We’re not a party house but we are very sociable, enjoy spending chill evenings in the living room together and like going out on the weekend to gigs, pubs/bars, cinema etc.
