Description
Our tenancy is renewing next month and our current flatmate will be moving to a new place, so we are looking for a lovely person to move in with us!
Cozy double bedroom which will come unfurnished. The flat has a living/dining room at the front with 3 big windows and a few plants, gas hob kitchen, 1 bathroom, multiple storage places as well as garden access through the other double bedroom.
My favourite thing about this flat is that we’re 2 minutes away from Clissold Park. As well as that, Church St is 8 minutes away and Blackstock Rd 12 minutes away, so we are spoilt with lovely independent shops, cafes, wine bars, pubs, restaurants etc.
Amazing transport links - bus stop is right outside the house, taking you to Finsbury Park in less than 10 minutes. If you need other options, 11 bus routes are within 5-15 minutes walking distance from the house.

Finsbury Park - 20 minutes
Manor House - 15 minutes
Stoke Newington - 15 minutes
Cycling distance:
Finsbury Park - 5 minutes
Stoke Newington - 4 minutes

You'll be sharing with Cat & Conrad - we’re a friendly, laid-back couple looking for someone who shares the same vibe. Cat is in Events and Conrad works for a record label & is a DJ/Producer - both love music, good food and art. Though this is not a party flat, we are social people and like to go out from time to time, mostly when Conrad is playing out, but we also love to relax at home. We have a small black & white cat called Rio who you'll see around the house too (must be okay with cats).
Building has 6 flats in, and we occupy one of the basement flats. Our other neighbours are families, as well as young professionals.
Bills include water, gas, electricity, WiFi, home insurance and council tax which is ~135 per month

- A recent utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Last 3 months payslips
