Cozy room in friendly flatshare in Hackney

Lovely room available in a bright, spacious and homely two-storey flat, sharing with two friendly and sociable housemates, Callum (30, architectural visualiser) and Ali (40, Speech and Language Therapist). We have our own things going on and are often out, but enjoy hanging out at home together and sharing meals and trips to the pub every now and then. Callum works from home 2-3 days per week (in his room, so if you also work from home you'd likely have the living room to use). Ali works from home every Tuesday.

The room is a small double with plenty of light and comes with the bed, clothes rack and a small corner shelving unit. The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bath and shower) and the three bedrooms upstairs. We also have a patio that gets loads of sun during the day!

The flat is located in Hackney between Stoke Newington and Dalston, with all the pubs, bars, cafes and live music venues they have to offer! We are a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs Park, which is a dream in the summer. There are easy transport links to North/East and Central London via Overground (Weaver Line and Windrush Line), bus and bike (Ali cycles to work in Central London).


Bills are additional and usually come to around £150 each per month, including council tax, gas and electricity, Internet, water and a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

The deposit is actually £1038.75, as we've adjusted the amount for the room but equally split the deposit.
