Lovely, bright, spacious flat just off Church St.

Living with 1 other woman.
Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen area.

Rent is £1100 for the room.
Bills are around £110 per month.
Council tax band C

NO couples, female preferred.
Must have lived with just 1 other person before and care about looking after the place, tidiness, cleanliness and sharing responsibilities.

The landlords are private and lovely, really responsive and very helpful and fair.
Room is currently unfurnished but landlord can provide bed if needed.
