THE FLAT
The flat is located on a quiet residential street off Kingsland Road. The double room is quite large and bright, comes furnished: including a bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and bookshelves (plenty of storage) and a desk.

The shared living room is spacious, with a TV and a large dining table ideal for hosting too.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and fridge space, and four (!) ovens Ideal for all the gourmand. Plant based is preferred but not a necessity.

One of the great perks about the flat is the big soundproof doors.

There is a small shared garden downstairs and there is the gorgeous Clissold Park in the vicinity.

THE AREA
Quiet street right in the epicentre where everything you came for in London happens. Between buzzy and sexy Dalston and village-esque Stoke Newington. Iconic places and establishments near the flat include: Church St, Clissold Park, Dalston Superstore, Rio Cinema, Abney Cemetery, Vortex, Auld Shillelagh, the Best Turkish Kebab. For transport, Rectory Rd and Dalston Kingsland station are a 10 walk, and the 149/76/243 stop is 2 mins away.
Plenty of shopping amenities including Ridley Road market and the farmers market on Saturdays. I would be sure to give you a tour!

ABOUT ME
I am Veronika and I work in luxury communications. I have lived in this flat for over a year and I’m a seasoned east London queen. In my free time I do kickbox (I can protect you) hang out in shoreditch house (I can invite you) and I am a professional Broadway market strutter/ people watcher (lets do it together). I love a good pinot
or film noir and always down for a boogie. I am a good listener, entertainer and allegedly a good cook too that you can all enjoy.

Generally I am looking for a decent and fun human being- someone chill, liberal, LGBTQ friendly, reliable and clean that I can ideally be friends with too- lets see how we get along at the viewing. You would treat the house as a real home I hope. I love to socialise and would be happy to get to know your mates too (unless they stay here all the time airbnb style) but course your privacy is also respected.
