Room for Rent in a Great Location

This room is located on the 4th floor of an estate. Security fob is great in the area as a fob is required to gain access into the building. The location of the room allows for walking distances (8-15 minutes) to various train stations such as Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction, Rectory Road etc. Prefer for professionals, but working students are also welcomed. I am a part time Healthcare worker but have recently taken a break from work. Details of any additional bills will be provided in due course. No parties allowed. No smoking/pets allowed.
