Description
My two lovely housemates have decided to move out and to live with their friend and partner.
This is a three-bedroom house in Stoke Newington (East London) 🍒🍑🪷.
An old friend of mine is moving in and we're currently looking for a third housemate in our beautiful home.
A quick gist of the tenancy and the available room-
- A very cosy room with large windows and lots of natural light and with its bathroom/toilet
- The room is available from 7th September
- 1-year contract
- Bills are not included and it's usually around (£80-100) per month.
- 1-minute walk from Rectory Road overground Station and only a 10-minute walk from Stoke Newington overground station. Getting to Liverpool Station takes 13-15 minutes on the overground.
A little about me -
I'm an art researcher with dreams of becoming a full-time curator. I'm a mix of social and introverted—always up for a good chat or a movie night, but also value my downtime.
I'm passionate about arts, literature, music, and films (I've got some fun book and movie recommendations!). I love playing tennis, climbing, and video games. I enjoy hanging out at pubs, galleries, and bookstores. I'm very fascinated by the internet subculture and spend quite a bit of time online on my days off.
I'd say I'm an avid cook (on most days) who loves trying new recipes and making meals at home.
I've lived in this flat for a year, and it’s honestly my favourite place in London. The neighbourhood is fantastic with plenty of options for pubs, grocery runs, and beautiful parks. Plus, it feels really safe here, which is a huge plus.
My friend and I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and having a good laugh.
We’re looking for a third housemate who is:
- Easy-going and Friendly: Someone who can join us for meals, movie nights, or a trip to the pub, but also respects personal space and downtime.
- Like-minded: Ideally, you share some interests in arts, literature, music, or other creative pursuits. It would be great to have someone who enjoys exploring London’s cultural scene.
- Tidy and Responsible: Keeping communal areas clean and being considerate about noise and shared spaces is important to us.
- Reliable: Someone who is dependable and can be trusted to handle shared responsibilities, like paying bills on time and maintaining the flat’s upkeep.
If you think you'd be a good fit, send me a message (or email), and let's chat! Happy to answer any questions you might have.
Cheers!
