Double room with private balcony in mews house

Looking for a new person to join us in our lovely Stoke Newington home from 1st October.

You will be sharing with Fumi, Fleur and our gorgeous greyhound Jagger. We have a really respectful vibe in the house, and are all on the same wave length on how we like to live together.
We treat the house very much as a home, not just shared living and all take pride in making it a lovely, clean and calm place to live.

The 3 bedroom house is set over 3 floors, with a large open plan living kitchen area, which leads out a small garden. Your bedroom is on the second floor which you share with Fleur next to the large shared bathroom.

The house is on a quiet road just a stones throw away from Stoke Newington High Street. We’re only an 8 minute walk from Church Street, which is full of cute coffee shops, little boutiques and quaint pubs and restaurants, also about a 15 minute walk to Clissold Park. We are also about a 15 minute walk away from Dalston.

There are great 24hour bus routes by the house and easy access to the overground in Dalston.

The area really is gorgeous and you could easily spend every evening and weekend there with the endless restaurants, cafes, bars and parks. Stoke Newington leaves you spoilt for choice!

About YOU -

Our preference is someone who mostly works in the office (1/2 days working from home is fine)
We are looking for someone roughly over 33, a non smoking professional who is looking for a calm place to make a home. As much as everyone in the house has their own lives, we are looking for someone friendly who also wants to occasionally enjoy having a TV night together, or go for brunch or to the pub.

As we have a large dog, it is really important that you are an animal lover and will enjoy living with him. Jagger is a rescue and a bit nervous when he meets new people so you need to be patient and genuinely confident around dogs and around introducing him to others (your friends etc) He is a gentle giant and whoever moves in will need to be someone who wants to show him lots of love and genuinely wants to spend time with him and form a relationship with him.

This is not a party house in any kind of way. - while we may still enjoy a party outside of the house, we never bring it back, especially now Jagger lives with us. Please only show interest if you are looking for the same! :)
