Room in 3-bed friendly hackney flat !

Hello!

We have a room going in a 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington (N16) for 900pm. The flat is on a quiet road, 10 min walk from the station. The new contract/move in date will be the 29th November! Bills are normally around 120 a month. And the deposit is 866.76

Current situation - I’m in the flat already but two flatmates are moving out. One girl (Maria) would be moving in on the 29th, so this is the ad for the third flatmate. Me and Maria used to sit next to each other in A-level French lol and bumped into each other for the first time in a decade at a music festival this summer! Maria mentioned she was looking for a room so I offered …. So that’s the dynamic you’d be joining! Maria works in fashion and I’m studying a MSc in psychological therapies. We’d want to find a third person, similar ish age, to join us and hopefully we can all be mates as well as flatmates. I’d love to find chill flatmates who I could watch some crappy tv with at the end of the day but also to grab a pint / go out with once in a while:) anyone welcome, landlord isn’t fussed if you’re a student or not, as long as the rent gets paid. LGBTQ+ friendly

Also just to note - The flat is a basement flat but the rooms do have window/light!! The landlord is a v chilled guy and is conveniently in the flat above. We share an outside space with him.

I’ve most definitely missed out some info so please hit me up with any Qs! I’m going to be doing viewings on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings - starting next week (Tues 12th and wed 13th).
