Due to a change of circumstances, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed, 2 bath flat in Newington Green. The room will be available mid December.

Rent: £895 per month
Bills: Vary month-to-month but are generally around £100
Deposit: £665

The contract ends in April but renewal at the end of the tenancy is possible. It’s a spacious second floor flat on Green Lanes high street with space to store bikes indoors.

The location is well connected, with Canonbury overground, Highbury & Islington, Arsenal and Dalston tube/overground stations only a short walk away.

It's recently refurbished, so everything is clean and well decorated. The open plan living space is part furnished but with room to decorate and make our own.

Yours would be a spacious double bedroom - can be part furnished or unfurnished. The flat also has two bathrooms (one en-suite) so you’d only be sharing the bathroom with one other person!

The current tenants are professionals in their mid-twenties. We're ideally looking for women aged between 24-35. Tidy, relaxed, and respectful of communal spaces.
