3 bedroom apartment in a converted textiles warehouse. High ceilings and fresh paint so the place feels very bright and spacious. We’ve taken a lot of pride in making it a cosy home and lovely place to hang out in. The building has a community feel with a group WhatsApp chat where you can borrow things from neighbours etc and noise is almost never a problem (very quiet in fact!).

The flat is a bloody ideal location, on the boarder of Dalston and Stoke Newington.
- less than 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland station
- 13 minute walk to Dalston Junction
- less than 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs Park, Tom’s Pasta etc
- 20 min walk to Clissold Park
- 15 minute walk to Stoke Newington Church Street
- 25 minute walk to London Fields
- Lots of surrounding nature, especially great for if you’re a runner as the reservoir and Hackney Marshes are nearby too

The flatmates 👯‍♀️
2 female kiwis, 29 and 30. Honestly, the best, most considerate, tidiest flatmates I’ve ever had so I’ll be very sad to leave them 🥹 Char works from home often so we make an effort to keep the place clean and tidy with a homely feel, and also get an occasional cleaner.
We all have very similar interests (gym, comedy, vintage shopping, running, travel, gigs etc) so would love to find someone likeminded.

The room 🛏️
Fits a large double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. Drawers are the landlords so will stay. Bed base is mine but mattress is the landlords and happy to sell the base for cheap.

Available anytime but preferably by 24th Jan. Also very open to short-term.
